Veliko Turnovo - Shipka - Valley of roses (lunch & dinner)

A one day trip to the old capital of Bulgaria - Veliko Turnovo. The road to Veliko Turnovo will takes you to Bulgarian history, which begins with unforgettable tour in the valley of the most sweet-smelling flower - the rose. On your way to Kazanlak, in the village of Shipka is the Russian church, where concerts with Church Slavonic music are often performed. Visit to the Rose museum in the town of Kazanlak. Acquaintance with the technology of producing natural Bulgarian rose oil. Next is visit to the “Tomy Show” factory where you will learn more about production of cosmetics goods based on rose oil.

The meeting with Veliko Turnovo begins with visit of the historical hill Tsarevets with the Fortress, the Patriarchal church and the Emperor Baldwin's Tower. You will walk along the old Trade Street - "Samovodska charshia".

In the evening you will join the special "Sound & Light" show in Veliko Turnovo - a real waterfall of music and colors on the background of the magnificent fortress of Tsarevets.
